Shipping Policy

All orders will be dispatched within 5-7 working days (Mon - Fri and excluding Bank Holidays)

Return & Exchange Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please contact us first letting us know the reason you wish to return the items.

​

Items can be  returned  to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund, in line with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

​

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Items returned must be in an unused, resale-able condition for a refund to be issued.

  • The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the order to us, unless the item has arrived damaged.

  • Gift Cards or personalised products are not eligble for return

INCORRECT/DAMAGED ORDERS 

If the item is incorrect or damaged upon receipt, we will require photo evidence of the damage to the product, as well as a picture of the outer packaging as it arrived with you, incase we need to make a claim against the shipping company.

Once received back we will send out the correct goods to you, or a refund will be issued for the product.

​

FAULTY / DAMAGED ORDERS 

Please be aware faulty orders must be returned within 14 days from date of receipt for a refund or exchange. Should an order be faulty please contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange the return of the item.

PLEASE NOTE:
Wax Melts are NOT classed as faulty if they arrived snapped or broken as this does not compromise the melt and burn of the product.
